About Us
The Corvette Club of Santa Barbara was established in 1986 by a group of Corvette enthusiasts from the local area who desired to create a forum for sharing automotive technical information and their affinity for Corvettes, and to establish club events for both singles and couples.
Now an established club of long standing, our club members enjoy year-round activities on the Central Coast of California.
Our National Corvette Museum (NCM) Ambassador submits one of our newsletters and our website url each year to the National Corvette Museum for consideration of Best Newsletter and/or Best Website contest. We have earned the following awards over the years shown.

National Corvette Museum
The National Corvette Museum is a 115,000 sq. ft. building that houses more than 80 Corvette models and one-of-a-kind concept cars spanning the history of Corvette. Also on hand are thousands of Corvette related photos, movies and videos, advertisements, scale models and rare memorabilia. Spotlighted are the people who have made Corvette an American icon.
There are also full-scale dioramas showing classic Corvette models and famous performance Corvette models in period settings. You’ll also find the historic one-millionth Corvette, donated to the museum by Chevrolet.
You say you’re a true Corvette lover who’s never been to the National Corvette Museum? What are you waiting for?!? This site will help you plan your visit, walk you through a Virtual Tour of the NCM, let you discover the unique opportunity of a Museum Delivery for your Corvette and showcase the Assembly Plant located across from the museum.

The National Corvette Museum conducts a series of raffles each year as a way to raise funding for the day to day operations of the Museum. The raffle fundraisers are a tremendous help to the Museum and a large part of our planning and daily operation funds.
All raffle winners will also enjoy the benefits and excitement of taking delivery of their new Corvette at the Museum as part of the “R8C Museum Delivery” experience. A VIP tour of the Museum and Corvette Assembly Plant, one-year individual membership to the Museum, hands-on training/instruction by a NCM delivery team member, program decal and a wall plaque are all part of the Museum Delivery experience that is available exclusively through the Museum. R8C deliveries are viewed world-wide via the Museum’s webcams.
Like the Corvette Club Santa Barbara, the National Corvette Museum schedules several exciting events each year for NCM Members. Many of these events are trips to Europe, Corvette Racing events and trips to US States that represent cultural historical interests. In fact, several of our Board members have attended MiM events.
